Answering my own question in case it helps others.

You add the item you want to your cart, then use the chat bot assistant to request a price match (need to wait in queue for a human operator). Once matched the price updates in your cart and you can then apply the GET20 code on top.

I tried with 4 bottles of Bollinger matched to Auscellardoor at $84.95, which then came down to $67.12 per bottle with free delivery.

I picked up some 2020 for $45 from Langtons and tbh didn't think it was as good as previous vintages.
