I forgot to take the adblocker off when I did the last Shopback and the Topcashback as well. Has anyone had any luck getting them to cough up in situations like that. I am not having a good week

Yes, I've successfully applied several times before I realized the ad block was the issue. Just submit and show the receipt, the visit still tracks, it's just the transaction that doesn't show.
