Tried a few of the Pinots and I will say they represented the extreme of that bunchy, carbonic maceration style.
A polarising wine, friends that liked a traditional Pinot did not like these, however, I appreciated the purity, length and fresh acidity.
Reminded me of the Herve Souhaut wines, indeed some of those new wave Beaujolais too; someone said it reminded them of a sour beer and I thought that was insightful.
I will be buying a few wines a year, probably to drink by myself and over-analyse. Haven't tried the Chardonnay's yet.
