- Restore phone support
is available via live chat, but of course a direct connection might be preferred
- Fix the online shopping experience (realtime stock level handling is horrible)
could definitely be improved - finding available stock is easier than before
- Focus more on the loyalty program, of which they have MANY members... spike interest with deals to get people in stores
yes, unfortunately customer data has always been badly/under-utilised
- Advertise the USP - cellar releases you can't get anywhere else at unbeatable prices, blah blah blah
they do, but fyi/psa: drink them soon after purchasing, so can be returned/refunded if faulty

That’s all very interesting, but my post was simply about them no longer publishing phone numbers or having people available to talk to if you don’t want to deal with the Murphy Robot. On the weekend, live chat was unavailable multiple time when I tried to contact them. It’s a backwards step IMHO.
sorry, afaik iirc individual store phone numbers haven't been published on their website for ages, but you can speak with agents over the phone via live chat

for a store's number, besides booking an event, you could try visiting and asking nicely :)

I had another bottle of the Wente Zinfandel while watching the cricket tonight. A few of us got it for $5 a bottle a few months ago. I didn't like the first bottle I had, but this second bottle seemed much better. Maybe the first was heat/light affected? Dunno, but for $5 I now actually think it was a good buy.

Funnily enough, I've been drinking a bit of zinfandel recently. Had a Zolla Primitivo-Merlot during the week, which was very nice. But had a Fetzer zin which was ordinary - watery and lacking in body.

I am by no means a connoisseur of fine wines, but for basic red drinking I do like like the Pepperjack Barossa Shiraz. The 750m bottles sell for up to $25 a bottle at Dans, however, liquorland currently have them on special for $16.00. Good price if you like basic reds.

A staple of the Aust wine scene. At $16 it punches above it's pricepoint for sure. Thanks for the reminder to go grab some.
