Well done, you should feel a lot happier with 220 minutes; although it would make for a nice early West coast start in the morning.
Of course, gates can be a 10 minute amble to the nearest A/C and with the ½ hour boarding process, that really only allows 180 minutes.
You could even do a lounge crawl and check out the four A/C's in A, B, C & D concourses as well as amusing yourself by trying to gain admittance to the BA lounge in D.
