Current Qantas First Lounge Menu (SYD/MEL) and relevant topics

When do the spa treatments start in the morning at First Lounge in SYD/MEL? Seems like there might be a possibility of F award space opening around my upcoming dates on QF93 (dep MEL 09:45) or AA72 (dep SYD 09:10), so I want to know if it might be worth the miles increment (~30k AAdvantage). Both the QF 388 and AA 77W have perfectly serviceable beds in J so I don't think the flight alone warrants it.
Does this imply you put a higher value on the 15 min massage than the flight?...

No, just that I wonder if I have a chance to milk the experience for maximum value. I don't think the increments in in-flight hard product and soft product *alone* are worth +30k points.

I’d be amazed if QF93 opened up partner award space in F, but if it does - do it! 30,000 points is nothing! The AA First experience… well maybe I’d be less enthused.

Note this comment does not apply to using QFF points where the points differential is much more and I tend to agree, J is fine given the substantial point saving (unless you have points and nothing to do with them of course).

EDIT: Forgot to answer your actual question, F Spa opens with plenty of time for a treatment before QF93, I’d say first appointment may be about 7am or so.
