The rescued blueberries is another level of menu descriptionI’m really enjoying the stand alone coughtail menu that’s no longer linked with meal times. Whilst small it’s still a lot more than the 3-6 choices you had before.
I’ve got to say, as someone who spent a week in Havana and knows my way around a mojito, the Flounge makes a banging mojito!

Come one, the mixed leaves with Neil’s vinaigrette is the pinnacle of culinary excellence, personally designed by Chef Neil Perry AMVegetarian options aren’t great, worse if you’re a vegan. I know those with dietary requirements are the vermin of earth but if you’re laying out $10K for a first class flight, it would be good for some other options than salad or cold food dishes, when the meat eaters get brisket.
