Must be a different Rochfort. To me it is a very heavy drink, more of a Cognac feel.
Same flight (on another day) and same choice for me, though not the Pav. Not the same as the real think.Visited the Sydney lounge last night prior to QF163 - always eat in the lounge and skip the meal onboard on NZ-bound evening flights. I had the duck leg which I enjoyed.
I also had salt & pepper squid and vanilla ice cream which I forgot to take pictures of - normally have the pavolva in a glass but it's topped with passionfruit which I strongly dislike because of the seeds.
I’ll be getting the dregs then tomorrow I’m going the beef brisket for one last roll of the dice.Well and truly ready for a new menu. But at least some favourites always please. L
