Just wondering what everyone's experience is with rebooking using Qantas flight vouchers.
We were due to go to Japan in May but given their borders remain shut we've decided to have an escape to Singapore and Malaysia.
Qantas has used our flight credits to apply to the Singapore flights but that's been close to a week now and the flight booking is still showing as pending.
If I add the booking reference into the app it pops up ok but we've received no itinerary via email and on the desktop site there's no booking.
How long should I expect to wait for the ticket to be properly issued?
