countries are opening, what about the airlines to get there?

I have a unvaccinated friend who would like to visit his ill brother in South Africa.
It appears the countries involved will let him.
Apparently QF will not take him on the journey as not vaccinated.
Is there a site with a table, listing all actual airline remaining restrictions?
To allow more open wandering

I don't know about a table but I believe BA allows unvaxxed pax.

There are unvaccinated people arriving in Australia so obviously some airlines allow it.
So i looked up Emirates and the only requirement is to follow the rules of departure and arrival countries. Transitting through Dubai the rules are the same as flying So I guess Emirates is one possibility.

Singapore Airlines does not require vaccination for transit and I'm sure QR does not either.

No idea of the friend's circumstances but presumably has weighed up the consequences of another serious illness in the family

Yes, VTL is gone entirely. Entering Singapore is different but from what I can see if it's just a transit then vaccination is not a requirement

EK just requires one of the following:

Negative PCR within 48hrs of flight. RAT not accepted
—or—
Vaccination Certificate
—or—
Medical certificate stating recent recovery from Covid infection in the last month
