Continuously unsubscribed from Qantas FF mailing list for no apparent reason

I'm having a weird ongoing issue with my Qantas FF account which I can't seem to explain, except for maybe bad Qantas IT - but I did want to see if anyone else here was experiencing anything similar.

As you may or may not be aware, Qantas has multiple mailing lists that you can opt-in and out of at anytime as your personal preferences desire. One of these mailing lists in particular is more important than the others - "Exclusive offers for Qantas Frequent Flyer Members". Being on this list is important because it is how Qantas will give you messages for Points Club vouchers, as well as other bonuses and offers and I do want to be part of it.

On the Qantas website, when you login to your FF account and navigate to My Profile > Interests & Subscriptions, you can select which mailing lists you want to be apart of:

The problem I'm having is whenever I select "Exclusive offers for Qantas Frequent Flyer Members" and click update, it stays selected for somewhere between 24-48 hours and then will magically unselect itself. It's been doing this for about 3 months now that every couple of days I will come back to check if it is still selected and all the other mailing lists I have selected are still there, but that one has unselected itself.

I have missed the emails for Points Club vouchers because of this I believe, and while that is a seperate issue, it is starting to get frustrating that I can't get that mailing list option to stick for any amount of time. I have also not been able to work out why this is happening - I am certainly not clicking any unsubscribe links in any emails. If it was any other business or platform, I would reach out to technical support - but I know doing that will be entirely fruitless when it comes to Qantas.

So I'm wondering if anyone else has had this bizarre behaviour occur with them?


TL;DR - "Exclusive offers for Qantas Frequent Flyer Members" mailing list keeps removing itself from my email subscriptions, despite re-selecting every couple of days when it falls off.
 
Mine are all selected. I haven’t touched them for a while and I’m not game to fiddle with them!

I doesn’t bother me getting the extra ones.
