Hi,
does anyone know how to contact a senior member of the Qantas frequent flyer team (i.e. Lesley Grant or Igor Kwiatkowski)?
I recently had a quite disappointing experience and I would like to know the reasons behind it.

People seem to report getting good results by airing their problems on QF's Twitter account.

I doubt either of the people you mention would get back to you direct. You may get somewhere if you write to [email protected] and state what resolution you are after.
