I know LHR-SYD is a long flight, but I didn't realise it was quite that long. Also didn't realise it took even longer on the way back...

I loathe SAP Concur. Like anything SAP related it is error ridden.

Indeed. I am, of course, not planning to book via Concur - just doing this to get a preliminary quote and set my expectations before I do what everyone does when booking anything more complex than a standard non-stop return flight, which is to call Amex Travel and get them to give me something sensible...

However, Concur is not the worst corporate travel booking tool I have used. Concur was a significant upgrade for us, by a huge margin. Enterprise software. Sigh.

Gee you people, always complaining about SAP. First you want your error messages to be not in German, now you want your times to not be expressed as hours passed since Jan 1, 1901! No pleasing some I guess ...

Absolutely, there's only one true time format and it's "number of seconds since Jan 1, 1970", thank you very much...
