Free Complimentary Lounge Invitations - expired

I have two Qantas complimentary Lounge invitations compliments of American Express card, but they expire on 13th October 2025. My son and his wife are returning from Santiago Chile on 16th October 2025 (QF28). I would like to transfer those invites to them to use in the Latam lounge, and my question is: would I be able to transfer the invites to them BEFORE the expiry date, AND would they be able those invites three days after the invites expired?

You can't use them in a LATAM lounge regardless.

It's a Latam flight, operated by Qantas, and as I have access to that lounge as a result of my Qantas Club Life membership I thought QF invitations would have the same access. Can someone please confirm this, but my main question is whether I could use the invites now, while they are still current, and use them three days after they had expired?
