I've stayed at a few InterContinental hotels where the club lounge information mentioned that I could get two garments "pressed" each day as part of the lounge benefits.
Does anyone know if this is a standard benefit at all InterContinental hotels, or just a few? I don't usually see this benefit mentioned - although that could be because the hotel just doesn't really want to proactively offer the service, I guess.
Also, and I apologise for the dumb question, but does "garment pressing" mean that your clothes get cleaned/washed or just ironed?
If I could get two items of clothing cleaned per day when staying at Intercons (as a lounge member) that would actually be quite useful. But I rarely use this benefit as I'm really not sure what (if anything) I'm entitled to.
