PER to DFW via SYD , Economy class. Obviously the SYD - DFW leg is International and complimentary Alcohol but what about the PER-SYD leg which is all on the 1 ticket, alcohol on here?

Depends on which flight you are using to connect. If it is the morning flights (e.g. the the 5.45 am service to PER-SYD) then no, but if it is after lunchtime then yes.

...wine/beer served/complimentary on services DEPARTING after NOON/12PM.. spirits available for purchase (sorry not sure on price..they were $7 in 2011)... if you're travelling same day PER-SYD-DRW..i assume you're taking the QF 574 (05:45 departure..PER/SYD)??? HENCE a 'breakfast' flight...alcohol NOT offered..AND i'm not sure if 'emergency' stock of beer/wine/spirits is loaded for purchase IF required on 'breakfast' flights
edit...just read second post..some of my info already supplied!!
