Combining AMEX card travel credit with Qantas spend $XX get $50?

Got the $450 travel credit as part of my Ultimate Card promo, can I combine this with the recent AMEX promo of spending $350 on Qantas and get $50 promo? As the travel credit need to be used via AMEX travel, I assume this is not the case as I will not be booking via Qantas.com.au directly.
 
Correct, it will not apply as the spend through Amex Travel will not show as Qantas spend.
