I got an email from Columbus direct today since I have a multi trip with them.
“Given the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic and its unprecedented impact across the world, we have made the difficult decision to suspend sales of our travel insurance products indefinitely.”
“We are writing as we note you have an Annual Multi-Trip policy. Whilst your current policy will not be affected, unfortunately it does mean that we are not in a position to offer you the opportunity to purchase another policy when it expires. Should you require a travel insurance policy at this time then you may wish to refer to the Find an Insurer tool at the Insurance Council of Australia’s website.
We are sorry that we are not able to offer you a new policy, however if there is anything you wish to ask or discuss, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us”
