Coles gift card offers

Same error code for me tonight attempting to buy Bunnings GCs.

However, I was using newly installed machine.

I’ll look for an old machine over the weekend, but we could be nearing the end of inception.
An update to this, tried an older machine and no dice.

Seems Coles may have hired the Woolies IT guy from about five years ago. ☹️

However, keen to get the Bunnings GC will some discount, I tried another payment method and it worked perfectly.😉

The best regular way to get a discount on Bunnings GCs is to buy Shopback Super Swap GCs with 2% cashback and swapping these into Bunnings GCs.
 
I’ve been trying to use one of these MCs for almost 24 hours, and I keep getting an error message. When I try to check the balance, I get a “system error” message. Calling the 07 customer service number is not working either - ‘invalid card number’ from the automated message, and no human CS even after a long hold. I tried two other cards I still have, and I’m getting the same error message. Methinks something screwy is happening at MC GC central.

Do you mean the purple or yellow MC?

I was able to check my balance just now - if I do too many checks it blocks my ip address though

Thanks for your advice. Both purple and yellow aren’t working. I haven’t checked that many cards (just three) but I keep getting the system error message at the website you linked. I can try using a VPN or connecting with my phone instead of using the home internet.
 
Check your receipt to confirm they were activated properly. Sometimes they won’t be and the person at check out may not notice.
