Well this is a new one for me.
If I search for Classic Reward seats from Perth to Melbourne for this coming Saturday on the Qantas website, there appears to be availability in both Y and J on QF780, the 16:55 departure at the bottom of this screen:

But if I log into my QFF account, it only shows Classic Plus:

FWIW I have Platinum status, but the same thing happens if you log into an account with Bronze or Gold status.
Of course, to actually book the seat you need to log in. So, it's impossible to actually book. FWIW, if I select the Classic Reward option while logged out, it then prompts you to log in and then presents you with the more expensive Classic Plus option on the payment page.
Reminds me a bit of the recent issues with KLM/Flying Blue.
The call centre claims there is no availability on QF780.
Has anyone seen this before?
