Classic award cancellation fee - International.

Hi Guys,

Just checking my understanding is correct.

5000 point cancellation fee prior to travel .. is that correct? Otherwise full refund on money component?

I assume no difference if it was a seat which was released by 131211.

Just changed a classic award into a MASA and was charged the 5000 points as a cancellation fee and a full refund on the money component...Has yet to hit my CC but assured that it will in the next few days so you are correct
