Received a new card in the mail last night. Was unexpected. The new one looks MUCH better than the old one, arguably looks a lot nicer than my citi signature card :S
Edit : i didn't request the replacement card, did other people receive one?

Over the last few weeks confirmed (as usual) no fee in Ireland, UK, Germany, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic.
Philippines followed Thailand and started charging overseas cards in the last 5 years. Saying that I use the Citbank atm's in Manila and Cebu.
I've come across in the past few days. I've tried at least six different banks in Manila and all of them charge a flat PHP200 (~AUD5) per transaction.

Citi Visa averaged 3.9% above XE spot rate
Citi Plus averaged 0.49% above XE spot rate
That's a big difference even at 3.33 points per dollar
That's ludicrous.No fee anywhere in Italy so far.
PNG ATMs charge fees; ANZ ATM fee increased in the past few months. From memory it is about PGK 20 (about $A9).
