Just been on phone with Citi for 15mins regarding online statement issue.
For past few weeks have not been able to view online statements for Credit Card or Online Saver. It has taken me 2 weeks to get this issue resolved.
Have been informed this morning there can be incompatibility between Adobe 10.1.2 and Citi's web site - and hence online statements will not appear.
Advised by Citi to uninstall Adobe 10.1.2 and reinstall 10.1.1 until issue is resolved. Apparently this is only an issue with explorer and is not evident with chrome.
