This is probably down to NAB seemingly screwing up the 'online' component of the Premier card.Had my first statement under MyCard regime on 3rd. QFF points landed on the 9th - much less than previously for similar spend. Hoping that more mini batches post over the coming days since under Citi it seemed to make multiple deposits (i.e. multiple rows of transactions in QFF activity) albeit on the same day.
Agreed, can’t seem to differentiate between online and in-person purchases, despite that being in the T&C for assigning 1 vs 2PPD.This is probably down to NAB seemingly screwing up the 'online' component of the Premier card.
A lot of us with the non-Qantas card have seen online transactions like Amazon and Coles Online post as 1PPD, not 2PPD as they should (and did under Citi).
The hilarious/frustrating part is that if you click into a transaction in their app, they can identify that certain merchants are 'online only' - meaning the transaction must have been online - but yet they still credit only 1ppd instad of 2.Agreed, can’t seem to differentiate between online and in-person purchases, despite that being in the T&C for assigning 1 vs 2PPD.

Looking across my account and my wife's account, I think I would have to say that they seem to be in some process of trying to fix it. But I can't yet say with confidence that it has been fixed. My wife has correct calculations from a date forward, but can't see any prior adjustments for ones missed to date. Mine has a whole lot of line items with "online" inserted (my wife didn't) but no apparent correct points at the detail level or in "adjustments" but I think the total points has gone up.Yes, have corrected my previous online transactions, correcting them to 2 PPD. But have they fixed identification of future online transactions?
As I said in another thread, if you're not being knocked back from other cards you're seeking to churn, there's no reason to give it up.Is this card even worth keeping now? Wondering if I should just cancel it.
Also, does anyone know if having this card precludes one from obtaining NAB branded CC bonuses?
A lot of corrections for my November transactions show up in December (as this is when they were done).Looking across my account and my wife's account, I think I would have to say that they seem to be in some process of trying to fix it. It's still not clear if the fee free benefit is still carried over. If/when it isn't, then time to ditch. As I said in another thread, if you're not being knocked back from other cards you're seeking to churn, there's no reason to give it up.
(And it was separate to mainline NAB when it was a Citi card so you should be able to get the bonus points. I don't think this has changed.)
There's been a lot of manufactured uncertainty created on here and OzBargain, but all the official communications to date state that the fee waiver is staying, so (for now at least) this is not changing. It's still not clear if the fee free benefit is still carried over.
