CheckMyTrip Update - No more desktop access or ticket numbers

With RJ.com unfortunately no longer showing any itineraries without RJ flights as per below, as well as CMT's Android app still not showing e-ticket numbers, is there an alternative we can use?



EDIT: The Qatar Airways website still shows e-ticket numbers (for OW), thankfully!

Yep. I noticed that a few weeks ago and posted in the “Travel apps” thread (for want of something better). A couple of other favourites also threw up the “bugga off” no XYZ flight on the booking…

Haven't done it for a few years myself, but Finnair used to be ok to send yourself a copy of your itinerary.

The CMT mobile website CheckMyTrip.com shows ticket number.

Try Finnair. If Amadeus and it is ticketed, It sends the info to your booking's recorded email address.

Order your e-ticket receipt

You can use this form to order your e-ticket receipt. If the reservation is no longer active, please contact our customer service.

Brilliant it worked whereas my booking and ticket with AA doesn't !!!

AA do not use Amadeus, they use SABRE, so the Finnair utility generally does not work with them.

But usually when booking with AA the web site allows a reprint of the Eticket receipt but on my reissue/exchange that option no longer exists and AA RTW cannot execute the receipt for me so pleased that AY/CX/QF can

Latest CMT is available on Android, at least for me, in case the release is staged.
Seems to work fine. Had to uninstall / reinstall, and a couple of error messages, but could load my upcoming trips.

Try this. (I haven't used it for over a year, so hope it still works)

On a desktop, bring up your AA booking on AA.com.

Then paste the following URL and update:

https://www.aa.com/reservation/printItinerary.do?forward=itineraryReceipt&isReceipt=true&anchorLocation=%2Freservation%2FfindReservationSubmit.do+aacomTripDashBoard_jsp&url=%2Freservation%2FprintItineraryReceipt.do

AY didn’t like a QF booking (with a CX sector) when I was trying to see if a change had been reticketed. RJ had rejected it, as had MH and FJ - as mentioned here:

Not sure I tried QR, probably assumed it wouldn’t work since it requires a OTP.
