Cheap J fares from Cairo to Asia

Came across some good business class fares ex Cairo on Google Flights.

E.g. CAI-AMM-BKK-KUL in J for $1,428 return. All on RJ flight numbers, but BKK-KUL is operated by MH.

Saudia also has some pretty stunning J deals from Cairo to Asia, e.g. CAI-RUH-KUL-JED-CAI for AUD988 (return fare) in J. However, these fares bizarrely have a maximum stay at the destination of 1 day (!). Perhaps most useful if you need a SkyTeam status run or want to skip the return leg!

That sounds correct to me. The earning chart is the same but RJ J should actually credit at the business rate.

Oh as an airline I suspect they are fine. But I refuse to spend one cent on that country for ethical reasons.

I quite like a glass of bubbles on a flight but have no problems flying dry airlines.

Fair enough, each to their own.
The ethics of a country and their government is something I never really consider TBH when choosing where to travel but I can understand and respect those who wish to avoid certain countries

No and I'm absolutely a hypocrite in this regard, I'm the first to admit it! I would still fly Qatar for example.

CAI-AMM-BKK-KUL is 200 SC by my calculations so that's a solid $3.57/SC on QF. Wonder how I can make this work with my existing trips hmmmm ...

I'm now seeing the RJ CAI-AMM-BKK-KUL fare for just under AUD1,300 return. It's become even cheaper!
