I have been a long time lurker on these forums however most of what is discussed here is a little bit "advanced" for me. After flying RTW last year in economy I wanted to try to go business class this time.

I need to go SYD, LAX, NYC (if possible), Munich or Stuttgart, and Delhi. Ideally Tokyo would be included as well after Delhi. I need to be flying out in 4 weeks time.

I found some fares on bestflights but they seem a bit restrictive for what I'm after as I also want to do this relatively cheaply. One fare is around $6500 including taxes but doesnt include Delhi. Another is $7500inc but I have to fly in to Delhi and out from Mumbai. Can anyone please help me out?

Welcome to AFF, Intelman.

The cheaper ATW fares do indeed have significant restrictions on the routings. The most commonly used business class ATW fare by most members here seems to be the four continent OneWorld Explorer, also known here by its fare basis code of DONE4. This fare will certainly permit the stops you require, but is going to cost over $10,000. You have to pay for the flexibility.
