I may be stupid but when I go into either Virgin or Velocity when logged in I can't see a list of upcoming bookings for love or money without entering a reservation number. Surely it's there somewhere. From Virgin it wants the booking reference and guest's last name (it's me!!!) and if you click "retrieve with Velocity number" it just goes to a page on that site with "my bookings" but there's nothing there except a place to enter your booking number and date range for flights.

Is it just me or it this crazily inconvenient and stupidly convoluted? You used to just go to "my bookings" and all your flights would appear. How is this better?

When you go to Virgin Australia site, log into your Velocity account, then click on the top right "Welcome, FIRST NAME". A drop down box appears and you have the option "My Bookings".

This will go to the Velocity FF site, then you can scroll down to the bottom where your bookings are. virgin_booking2.png

EDIT: What ozjuice said..

Yes, it's there but very poorly designed to have a massive full page search box, followed by much smaller listing.

Not what you'd expect and not easy to use.

It is exactly* the same way you can do it on the QF website (from the home page)...

*second item down on the VA drop down box versus the third item down on the QF drop down box

The most recent iteration/change of the VFF website does leave a lot to be desired, really.:confused:
Worst is under Activity, instead of being shown say, 5 or 6, as before, you are shown a single coming down list down the left hand side, under flights, accommodation, etc, and then a single activity, and then you have to pick to show more.
Is this the cheapskate VA now coming into play?
