CHanges to MH booking

Hi,

How do I modify my MH booking to have my CX Gold status ?

Also how do I select a seat? As on my booking it says I can't select the seat and I have to wait until check in. I'm flying Y.
It's a cash+miles booking.

You can select a seat at the time of booking (online), otherwise & after that you need to call. (Put your FF in at the same time.)
