Haha I was a little optimistic, 2 adults+2 kids return in October including taxes $880, At Christmas $3300...

IME: Common on a legacy carrier in Y for sub: $2.2k return per pax. during festive season.

Will have a good think about it. I have 4 upgrade vouchers for Cathay received as compensation, and wouldn't mind a few days in Hong Kong, so will see what we decide in the end.
