CBR Dinner/Drinks Night on 16 MARCH 2013

Probably won't make the pre-dinner drinks as coming in from SYD after a week in MEL. Kanoba a good choice looking forward to another CBR event.
 
I won't be able to attend as I'm in Melbourne on the night. It's great to see another Canberra event though. Thanks Lowjhg for organising it. I'll try and get to the next Canberra event.
 
I'm going to have to be a late scratching unfortunately as something has popped up on Saturday that's going to keep me in Sydney.

I may still head down on Sunday and check out the new DJ lounge and terminal extension (it seems a shame to waste my flights which were already booked as I can't confirm dates of my next trip to CBR yet), but I'll decide in the next day or two.
 
Thanks Lowjhg, but I will now be at a family gathering at the coast this w/end. I hope to make the next one, either in CBR or some other place. Have fun.
 
Slighly off topic, but where on earth is HonkyTonks?? (coming from someone who's just moved away from Canberra and is of the age likelyy to frequent such a place)

Garema Place in Civic.

Near Hippo Bar if you know that place. Or alternatively, Happy's Chinese - the cheap and cheerful downstairs Chinese restaurant.

Guys, sorry for the late notification, but there will be a late minute venue change for dinner. Instead of Konoba it will be at Turkish Pide house.

Ah, this would explain the sparse attendance of, um, well, one.

Mark me down as extra keen and the smell is driving me crazy. They make some yummy tucker here!

I was really wanting to go and have been undecided if we can make it
We got back 4 days late from an overseas trip as I was ill, I then needed extra days off work
I'm so worn out - but mostly recovered - I think we will have to stay at home this weekend.
Scratch me and my +1... if we feel up to the drive down I will update with plenty of notice :)
 
I wish I had seen this earlier, I could have been there if I wasn't now committed to another thing :(

If there's anyone at honkytonks right now I just walked past and standing in a corner. I'm in a red chequered shirt with a crumpler bag. And to clear up, the Turkish pide house is the one in the city. (Did not know there was two). If you don't see me I will see you at the restaurant at 6.
