I’m still hopeful of getting there but really can’t commit yet.
My part time job is 6 hours drive away and still similar if I drive/fly. Still very dependant on my part time RAAF work.

You can always do some reservist work in Canberra. Air Force strategic centre is not that far from the Kingo ;-)

I see there are some of the usual suspects and there are also some possible "VIP"s :). Unfortunately I will miss it this time (I am in Adelaide all of March).

Ok you two - behave!

I would have loved to have participated but I'll be en route to Visakhapatnam for one month - yes sadly for me, literally en route! Another war story to regale you with gmoh at another time....

Ok, another sad face, and you do tell good war stories, literally. But, I bet you'll be off somewhere else later.

I'm definitely a no-show again. Maybe next time.

Time to celebrate the coming of autumn, one of the most beautiful times of year in CBR.

As most people seem fine with The Kingo, we'll can meet there. You can order from the menu, the specials board, or cook your own on their huge bbq, which comes with salad. The Kingo has a pay as you go bar for all your drink requirements.

Table will be in name of AFF in the Maddies area for the steakathon.

Plse RSVP:
Many apologies. I would love to attend but timing is wrong. I will be in Canberra on 19th and staying in a hotel just up the road. I will pop in to the Kingo and have a drink and toast the AFF

Looks like I'll be able to be there, if a little late thanks

I am in Canberra currently, but not sure how feasible 18:00 is for me.

I will PM you my mobile.

Sorry I missed you guys. As Maxwell Smart says, it was *that* close.

I left the office around 21:45, so I assumed you would be done by then.
