Cashrewards closed with immediate effect

If they didn’t automatically track, yes, you need to claim. If they did track, they should be on your list already as pending on the my rewards screen. All my pending moved to approved today.


They want me to scan INVOICES for all of these missing rewards. One by one. They have got to be kidding?

Seems like they want to wriggle out of paying buyers as much as they possibly can. :(
 
All my pending Accor was approved this morning - I received an email. Some of these bookings were for travel Dec to Feb 2025/2026.

I still have some referrals and Virgin Australia rebates Pending.
I have all but two $20 Cashrewards cashbacks and one $14 Virgin Australia still pending. All other VA were approved this afternoon.
 
I just had a very strange $1.91 appear as a Chemist Warehouse bonus - I had emptied the account earlier in the day. No idea why I got it but I've cashed it out!
 
My withdraw for the day the closing was announced has still yet to arrive so maybe a red flag there about whether we will actually get our withdrawls...

Just got a reminder email from Cashrewards to go in and withdraw any money I've got waiting in there.

I'm sad to see them go and I think they're handling this shutdown a hell of a lot better than most businesses that have to abruptly close down. I guess that's the benefit of deciding to shutdown, rather than being run down until Administration becomes inevitable.
 
I think everyone is trying to withdraw their money - it's very slow this morning

In my case it is not all, with three transactions still showing as "pending". l have withdrawn all but 1¢ of that available and have taken a copy of my transaction history as it currently stands

My intention is to wait until next week for the withdrawal to show up before chasing up those last three transactions if they haven't been automatically resolved by then.

I did take a copy of my transactions on Tuesday and have confirmed that of the transactions shown as pending at that time, all but the three mentioned have been Approved.
