If they didn’t automatically track, yes, you need to claim. If they did track, they should be on your list already as pending on the my rewards screen. All my pending moved to approved today.
They want me to scan INVOICES for all of these missing rewards. One by one. They have got to be kidding?
Seems like they want to wriggle out of paying buyers as much as they possibly can.
