SQ WILL reseat so that there are no children unaccompanied. This might have to wait until check-in, but it will be sorted. This is a safety requirement (you need to supervise children for putting on seat belts etc and if there was an emergency).
Bottom line, bit of stress leading up to check-in not having seats assigned, but it will be solved.
