Trying to look at My Bookings through Velocity and I receive the following:

"We are sorry, but we are unable to complete your request at this time, please try again later."

Anyone else ?

Been happening since this morning. Works fine through the virgin site though.

To clarify, you can get the list up with the "Retrieve Booking Details" option and using "By Velocity Number" on Virginaustralia.com.au.

Posted on a wing and a prayer ...

Can't search for international award bookings at the moment either.

No I called today they said not back on line till Wednesday
I was talking to the international call centre about international points bookings seeing that they are offline too and they said the website would be back tonight, but I'm gonna go with your info because the international call centre makes me want to bang my head against a wall!

Might have something to do with the migration to Sabre

Sent from my GT-I9300T using AustFreqFly

I have never been able to retrieve long haul international bookings via the Velocity website so hopefully this might be a fix........ time will tell.;)

That would be absolutely lovely to have that functionality returned!

There is currently an issue with Points bookings for international long haul flights via the website and we are working to resolve this as soon as we can. If you’d like to make a booking, you can still do this via the Membership Contact Centre on 131 875.
The earlier ‘My Bookings’ issue has now been resolved and is now available.

Thanks VA. Always good to see you on here.

It's just a shame that the people in the call centre in some far off land don't really know how to make a booking and what the options are for a requested trip, and that they try and charge more points because it's a phone assisted booking. It's now been over 5 days with the 'issue'. Great stuff, well done!!

Read our AFF credit card guides and start earning more points now.

Would be great in the future if you could see ALL international bookings, not just ones with Virgin Short Haul International destinations. I shouldn't have to be put through to the International call centre every time I want to access my actual long haul bookings.
I am hoping the software changes they're making across the board fix all this!
