Cannot See Virgin Australia in Krisflyer redeem flights

When you go in Redeem Flights and Select 'Other Partner Airlines' there are no flights showing for VA

I was able to see heaps of flights 3-4 weeks back but since past 2 weeks I cannot see any Virgin australia flights through Krisflyer.
I was able to see Melb-> Sydney OR Melb -> GoldCoast. But there seems to be an issue and just cannot see it anymore. Seems like a system issue.

Any one else experienced it?

There have been a few posts about this recently.

Have you tried calling Singapore Airlines to book? If a seat is showing as a Velocity reward seat on the Virgin Australia website, you should also be able to book it with KrisFlyer miles.

Yeh they’re happy to book it over the phone or chat. Prefer the online one though.

This is quite a common thing with many KrisFlyer partner awards. Sometimes you can book online, often you can’t, and there’s little rhyme or reason. The same issue exists at the moment with Thai Airways awards.

You can usually at least book over the phone if you can’t online.

Yes it’s sporadic availability only, the work experience kids that run VA2 and KrisFlyer IT can’t seem to make their respective systems talk to each other very well.

As others point out you may have to call, and be prepared for a wait as well on the phone.

Could be that it's been out of whack since SQ hiked their prices for VA redemptions (1st of August).

The work experience kid is probably updating each of the flights manually with the new award values

You can call or chat with them. They can book it for you. Just annoying that it cannot be done online.
