Cannot find PM button (Found thanks to VPS Senior Member)

I am only a newby on this forum, and I cannot find the way to PM another member. I have even been onto the XenForo website to find instructions to PM. It seems maybe that the PM button doesn't appear for someone that has never made a previous posting????
Is there someone out there that can step me through finding the PM button?

For anyone who sees this in the future, the envelope should be there all the time, but starting a conversation (the term PM/Private Message is not used by Xenforo) requires a member to have made at least 1 post and been a member for at least 7 days. This criteria has been established to stop people joining to simply spam our members. Most spammers don't stick around very long past account creation.

I see that @Yearlylonghaul wasn't actually able to start a conversation until April 5th, per the trophy/alert they received on that day.
