Can I buy into a lounge at Brisbane International airport

In late November this year myself and wife in our mid 70's are travelling Economy to London on Cathay Pacific. We will be at Brisbane International airport for at least 4 hours before boarding. Is it possible to buy access to a lounge? If so which ones and what is the cost? Thank you. Any help would be appreciated.:):)
