Even worse is some places that give you an 'all-in-one' body wash and shampoo!
Just glanced? Sticky fingers?Just glanced at the housekeeping cart at Pullman on the Park, bottles of C.O.Bigelow on top.
Body wash and shampoo are the same thing.
Are they the same brand and product line? Different brands will have different formulations.Maybe the case for the product provided by hotel, but the ingredients between the body wash and shampoo i use at home are quite different.
No but body washes have moisturizers and other soap like ingredients that are very bad for your hair. Are they the same brand? Different brands will have different formulations.

They may have the same ingredients, but the formulation will probably vary. Shampoo tends to have a lower level of surfactants. In most cases, you'd get away with using a shampoo as a body wash, but using body wash on your hair would be less ideal.Body wash and shampoo are the same thing. Most places provide two separate bottles, but look at the ingredients: it's the same thing with different scents or colours so you think it's different.

Some people dont have much hair to worry about, but i have long, thick, curly hair and the shampoos i use dont foam up like body wash does; and conditioner is essential.
I recently ran a 3 days 2 nights trip for 15 motorcycle riders. I showed them how you can convert probably most showers into a power shower. All you need is a shifter and preferably some thread tape. And those "Water saving" showers that are like standing in fog....you need to stay there twice as long to get wet! How does that save anything?
