Today I received an offer to participate in an online text-based live chat this evening, running for up to 90-minutes to discuss my experiences and preferences when it comes to travelling for business. Unfortunately, I am out for dinner tonight, and this email gave me no time to plan for this feedback session. As such, I turned it down, as much as I wanted to share my thoughts.
I am not sure if anyone else received the same email and is choosing to attend the session (they sweeten the deal with a $50 voucher), but if you are, can you put my point across that the only thing holding me back from choosing a FlexiBiz bundle on my flights is that they provide business flexibility, but no Qantas points/SC accrual.
Further to that, the sometimes excruciatingly long wait for flights to credit to Qantas Frequent Flyer doesn't make me think they're a good business program at all.
If they fixed those two areas, I'd consider them more frequently.
