Business Class to UK

I'd have to agree with NM's precise explanation of the timing of the flights (having taken them many times like NM).

Best of luck to Mrs Somerset and J return should get her a minimum of 26,430 FF points and 560 Status Credits (she'll be QF Silver after she returns and only another 140 SC's needed for the 700 point requirement to qualify for QF Gold status).

Mrs Somerset has now joined QFF, ready to take full advantage of the above.

In the last week (since this whole J trip was mooted) she's gone from being completely ambivalent towards aviation (despite the fact that I'm involved in it) to being a total aerosexual that can immediately quote the optimum seating arrangement across all aircraft types known to man.

She'll be posting top tips on here before we know it...

Thanks again for all the advice everyone.

Cheers

Somerset

Mrs Somerset has now landed safely in the UK, fresh from her 1st ever Business class trip (on the QF A380.)

I'll get the full story from her soon enough, but suffice to say the phone message she left me on arrival last night said ''I'm never flying economy again''.

So sounds like she enjoyed it. I'll now have to start thinking about ways I can pay for all this future J class travel...

Yes, I can well understand that sort of reaction from a ride in J on the QF A380 :D
