Let's say $5 for the toasted sandwich and $60 for the 10 beers. Just about break even but there is a good chance of being denied boarding as well.

Yeah. $65 is just not good value. You would get far better food out in the terminal.
Even if you valued the wifi and relative quiet/place to sit $65 is still a stretch.
