Business class seats on Etihad SYD-AUH

I am travelling to Abu dhabi from Sydney in 2 weeks in Business class. I would like advise from experienced business travellers which would best business class seat for lone traveller like me, I prefer privacy and less noise and would appreciate if anyone can suggest best seat to request. I did look up on Seatguru but still was confused as to which seat would be best option.

I am travelling this later this year. From what I have heard it seems that a window seat is best as they are more private due to the staggered direct aisle access configuration. The forward cabin is going to be quieter than the one closest to Y. I would also suggest the window seats as they will give the most privacy otherwise any but the side by side middle seats are also reasonably private. But when I fly SYD - AUH - LHR return earlier this year I managed to get the window seats on all the flights.
