Business Class Reward Flights

Hi

Just wondering if anyone knows, what the actual conditions are on Business Class Reward Flights, in regards to changing flights or cancellation and fees etc? you could change these or cancell at no cost previously up to 24 hrs after the flight but now its not clear.

Thanks, so now there is a cost to change or cancel and must be done 24hrs before not within 24hrs after?

Further to the above am a bit confused as when you show fare details when on the booking/flight page it shows the below which is totally different what Fruitcake outlines in above post and also what shows on the actual ticket.

Just cancelled one - full refund of points within the hour, have been promised that the taxes will be refunded to original form of payment "soon" (for some definition of the word "soon" that I'm not sure of).
 
Any business rewards (at least domestic) made before 13th January should be able to be cancelled or changed without penalty.

Since then, a $35 change fee and / or cancellation fee have been introduced into the fare conditions, so subsequent bookings may be assessed as having that fee applied.
 
Up to you to make that claim, but I'd get screen prints of that text, sooner rather than later.

I do note that when booking an award now you _must_ indicate you accept the fare rules displaying the $35 fee before you can complete the booking.
