Any chance of larger photos? But this was discussed in the past in another thread. I still feel I can’t reveal all I know, but these were being tested by frequent fliers in exchange for points earlier this year.

The small photo makes them look just as claustrophobic as the old seats, if not better overall though.

OK- these seem to look much better, but will reserve judgement.

Flying J with CX EX- Sydney to Toronto via Hong Kong next Tuesday night, I'm guessing my flight won't have the new fit out yet. grrrr

Nice! And being deployed on HK-SYD sectors from March next year :p:p

Given the new seats were released in a large public event I think the cat is out of the bag.

That said anything new or a first hand experience is always welcome.

I now it sounds petty but the rails on the floor are very unsightly.

I am more interested in the Wing refurb than the seats.

I would also like to see improvements to the food as I was quite disappointed with the food on the most recent flights.

I meant more so how my source knew the info, but I shall keep my ear to the floor for any other rumblings. I did believe the layout today is different, I think they have a regional revamp to unveil yet ;)

A wink is as good as a nudge!

That IS exciting. Some of those regional 777's are getting pretty tied.

As for the exisiting product who would have thought that CX would be following the lead of USAirways. They have fitted this product in a couple of their A330's and it looks very nice. US Airways | Fly with US

Great photos there, but can anyone tell me why the Mini-DIN 9 port is circled as the iPod connector? Never seen anything more than a USB (or dock connector) to connect an iPod:

(photo)

They have them on Singapore A330s - they are adapters to Dock Connectors to share your ipod/iphone video on the IFE screen.

Foot room in bed position looks a little inflexible.

Other than that it looks great.

You mean to tell me that you want to talk to your wife. Will they be offering cheap flights, I think not!!!

Wonderful to see an airline that listens to and acts on customer feedback. Can't wait to try the new seating.

Better than the coffins

However when travelling alone I like the coffins as then there is little to no chance of interacting with my seat buddy. On NNNGBC on CX I will be choosing a window seat to avoid that risk.
