Business Class Award tickets request (Platinum) change or cancel fee

Hi,

A quick question, if I requested a Business Award ticket via the Premium hotline and would like to cancel or change the flight to another destination, what will be the fee (or points) involved?

As the booking is via phone support, can I cancel it online and get the Qantas points refunded automatically?

6000 to cancel, 5000 to change. Doesn't matter if you do it via phone or online, same fee applies (for J/F awards only, Y awards incur an additional service fee for phone changes)
