Babysitting sorted. Flights booked, accom booked. Unsure if my PMs are working - let me know how to pay for the tour!
 
I had a look at moving from a flexible rate to a prepaid rate for the Hilton a few weeks ago, and it would have saved me $25 a night.

Now the prepaid rate is $50 a night more than my current flexible booking.

Ah well. You Snooze, You Lose.
