I know we live in the country, but after seeing that several people have received their Rockford wine I decided to ring today to find our where ours was.
It appears that there was a glitch in their system that did not recognise the orders were freight free. Anyone else that has not received theirs you might want to give them a call.

Hmm, mine was delivered last week, but I was charged freight. It was on the invoice in the box, haven't double-checked elsewhere.

Ended up calling yesterday just to check and they confirmed they have all shipped, so should have it by the end of the week.

Well my carton from Rockford was here awaiting me upon my return from LHR - wasn't supposed to be dispatched till 9 May, but otherwise delivered according to instructions and seems to have survived OK. They must definitely have had some confusion there.
