Buisness class upgrade from points

Hi,
I think I have upgraded my flight. The points have been taken out and it does say Ive got alot less points than what I began with. Also it let me choose the seats. But Does this ticket allow me to get to the business class lounge and how do I get a pass etc?

Yes, you are allowed lounge access. Your boarding pass is your access card.
